You will oversee golf cart fleet maintenance, practice facility operations, tournament support, and cross-department collaboration with Golf Shop and Agronomy Team. A proven track record in golf operations and strong leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in golf operations or outside services at a private club or resort.
• Proven leadership and staff training abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset for members and guests.
• Knowledge of cart fleet maintenance and practice facility ops.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule 15-20 outside services staff.
• Oversee member and guest services from arrival to departure.
• Maintain golf cart fleet and range facilities.
• Coordinate with Golf Shop and Agronomy Team as needed.
• Develop SOPs and training programs for staff.
• Manage inventory and uniforms with merchandise team.
