Responsibilities

• Supervise Outside Services team including recruitment, scheduling and training.
• Monitor time reporting and ensure compliance with club policies.
• Assist golfers with bag loading, cleaning and play preparation; provide etiquette guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure pro-shop, practice areas and cart staging zones are tidy and well‑organized.
