Role Description

The Outside Sales Window and Doors role is a full-time, remote position based in Anaheim, CA. The individual in this role will actively prospect and visit contractors, builders, and residential customers to promote and sell windows, doors, and related products. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with accounts, conducting product presentations, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and responsive customer support. This position also requires staying informed about product features, industry trends, and local market needs to provide informed guidance and solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with experience generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Field Service experience, including on-site customer visits, product walk-throughs, and project support at job sites.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Training capabilities, including explaining product features, installation considerations, and best practices to customers and partners.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, or building materials, or willingness to learn product specifications and applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail when preparing quotes and processing orders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits in the Newport Beach and surrounding areas.
• Comfort using basic computer tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Previous experience in construction supply, building products, or related industries is a plus.
