Job summary

MacArthur Co. is a Madison, Wisconsin–based distributor of premium roofing, siding, and window materials.

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to cultivate relationships with contractors and builders, educate customers on our siding products, and close deals to drive growth. You will work closely with customers to provide tailored exterior solutions, deliver outstanding service, and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in building materials preferred.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and close deals with contractors and builders.
• Educate customers on our siding products and other exterior materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation to installation support.
