Pixel LED Displays in Duluth, GA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify prospective customers, schedule appointments, visit businesses, assess signage needs, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, meeting business owners and decision-makers, and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in LED signs or related industries is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and visiting prospective customers in person.
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple leads with consistent follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel within territory.
• Able to learn technical product information and explain it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, visits, networking, referrals, and local research.
• Identify businesses that could benefit from LED signage upgrades.
• Meet with owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings and site visits.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project recommendations with the team.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and opportunities.
• Develop referral relationships with contractors and architects.
• Represent Pixel LED Displays at events and trade shows.
• Stay informed about LED display products and market trends.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
