• Drive growth of Napa Auto Parts stores and customer base.
• Promote Napa products to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop plans with Store Manager to increase sales and proactively manage leads.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with Napa offerings.
• Engage manufacturers reps to improve programs and knowledge.
• Conduct educational seminars and presentations on Napa products and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including problem resolution.
