R3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative I (Setter) in Urbandale, IA to generate qualified leads across the Des Moines metro. You will engage homeowners, offer complimentary inspections, and hand opportunities to a closer for follow-up.

This 1099 contractor role emphasizes earning potential through commissions, with training and advancement paths within the company. No roofing or prior sales experience is required—we’ll teach you and help you grow.

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors canvassing residential neighborhoods.
• Coachable, comfortable talking to people.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout the Des Moines metro.
• Offer complimentary property inspections and schedule appointments.
• Maintain clear communication with your assigned Closer and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners while representing R3 professionally.
• Generate quality leads and referrals.
• Learn the roofing and storm restoration industry from experienced team members.
