R3 Roofing & Exteriors is hiring an Outside Sales Representative I to connect with homeowners in the Des Moines metro and surrounding communities, offering complimentary property inspections and generating quality leads.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll be trained by experienced leaders, work outdoors canvassing residential neighborhoods, and have opportunities to advance to a closer role with performance-based rewards. A $500 New Hire Bonus is paid after 90 days.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; they will train you.
• Coachable and self-motivated with a focus on performance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and offer complimentary property inspections.
• Hand opportunities off to closers after inspections.
