R3 Roofing & Exteriors | R3 Heating & Air is seeking Outside Sales Representative I (Setter) in Gurnee, IL. You will engage with homeowners, offer complimentary inspections, and hand leads off to a Closer. This 1099 contractor role focuses on building trust, generating quality leads, and advancing within the sales team.

New hires receive a $500 bonus after 90 days, with uncapped commission potential and opportunities to move into a closer role, all within a high-energy, family-owned environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout Gurnee, IL and surrounding communities.
• Offer complimentary property inspections and schedule appointments.
• Maintain clear communication with your assigned Closer and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Build rapport and trust with homeowners while representing R3 professionally.
• Generate quality leads and referrals.
• Learn the roofing and storm restoration industry from experienced team members.
• Participate in training, coaching, competitions, and development opportunities.
• Continuously develop your sales skills with the opportunity to advance within R3.
