Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring for a full-time in-home sales closer role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You will meet 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home presentations, growing through elite training and mentorship in a supportive, team-first environment.

Expect to earn 100,000–300,000+ USD per year with 70% upfront advance and no cap on commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, and health/dental/vision coverage

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
