Cenvar Roofing is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive exterior remodeling solutions in Wytheville, VA. You will evaluate homeowner needs, present roofing and home exterior options, and close deals through a proven sales process.

No roofing experience required—we train you and provide ongoing support, including a take-home company vehicle and comprehensive benefits. We seek competitive, self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills who can build trust with homeowners

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
