Job summary

Cenvar is seeking Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required—we train you on the industry.

The pay is commission-only with an earning potential of $150,000–$250,000 per year, supported by company-provided leads, structured training, and full product and production support across roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors in Winchester, VA.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with homeowners.

• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)
