Job summary

Cenvar Roofing in Culpeper, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to assess homeowners’ exterior needs, present roofing and exterior solutions, and close deals. Training is provided; no prior roofing experience required.

This full-time role offers paid training, then commission-only earnings with uncapped potential, plus a take-home company vehicle, benefits, and a structured sales process. Expect to build trust and manage a pipeline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to pass a background check.

• Ability to climb roofs and inspect exteriors as part of the sales process.

• Compensation: Paid training (first 3 months), followed by commission-only ($150,000–$250,000/yr earning potential)
