Honest Abe Roofing in Plymouth, MI is seeking an in-home sales representative to close high-ticket roofing deals. You will work with pre-qualified leads, generate your own appointments, and conduct roof inspections to assess damage.

This commission-only role offers a weekly draw, a company vehicle, and growth with an established franchise built on integrity. You must be comfortable with heights, ladders, and delivering confident financing guidance on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven in-home, consultative, big-ticket closing experience.
• Completely comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and entering attics daily.
• Self-motivated and comfortable betting on yourself in a commission-only environment.
• Smartphone and CRM proficiency - daily use of digital tools.
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record; license in progress may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners at company-provided appointments (5-10 per week).
• Generate your own appointments: canvass, knock doors, build your network; self-generated deals pay higher commission.
• Get on the roof to inspect, measure, and assess damage safely.
• Close the deal: present solutions, guide homeowners through financing, and close on-site.

In-Home Sales Representative

You are a seasoned home services salesperson. You want to build your book of business your way, not be micro-managed. You want to be a big fish in a small pond instead of just one of 100 reps. You expect your skillset to be known and respected.

This is a commission-only role with weekly draw, built for high-discipline sales professionals who want uncapped income. It also requires daily physical roof inspections. If you want a base salary or a desk job, this isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners at company-provided, pre-screened appointments (5-10 per week)
• Generate your own appointments: canvass, knock doors, build your network; self-generated deals pay higher commission
• Get on the roof: safely set up ladders and climb residential and commercial roofs to inspect, measure, and assess damage.
• Close the deal: present confident, clear solutions, guide homeowners through financing, and close contracts on-site.
• Manage your pipeline relentlessly to maintain a 25-35% close rate.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
• Committed to obtaining or already licensed as a Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson
• High school diploma or equivalent
