Qualifications

• Proven track record in consultative or in-home sales — roofing, home services, or big-ticket sales experience preferred
• Comfortable running pre-set appointments and generating opportunities through canvassing

• Exceptional communicator — professional, trustworthy, and persuasive

• License: Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson or commitment to obtaining licensure (company pays for license)
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
