Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Central Florida is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Davenport, FL area. This role involves identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales experience in home services or related industries, with a record of meeting sales targets. You will be offered a competitive salary plus commission and support a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Proven outside sales experience in home services or related industry.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with insurance claims process is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate customers via calls and follow up in person.
• Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
• Generate leads through networking and cold calling.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Apply ONLY If You Have Reasonable Experience in the Following:

• Proven outside sales experience in home services, restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
• Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process is a plus.
• Pitching hotels and other commercial properties for our services.
• Proficiency in CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
