Job summary

Paramount Builders, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Roanoke, VA area. You will meet homeowners at pre-qualified appointments to discuss replacement windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and bath remodeling, with no cold calling and built-in leads.

You will work on a 1099 contractor basis with company-provided appointments, weekly deposits, and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present replacement windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and bath remodeling options.
• Close sales through our proven one-call close process.
• Attend live ride-alongs and job shadowing during training.
• Explain product benefits and coordinate with customers to schedule installations.
