Mr. Greens Produce, based out of Miami, FL, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Naples area. You will prospect and call on dealers, present products, and close orders while delivering outstanding customer service.

Join a fast-paced team with a competitive base salary plus a monthly car allowance and commissions that can reach six figures. Strong communication and negotiation skills and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience in related industry.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use.

• Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports and weekly plans.

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Miami, Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

Summary:

Mr. Greens is looking for a highly self-motivated and confident Outside Sales Representative to join our organization. This person will have the drive and commitment to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and provide outstanding customer service as needed. We rely on our Outside Sales Representatives to drive our growth exponentially. This position will be based out of Miami, Florida location.

Accountabilities:

• Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
• Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Submits activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Stay up to date on trends by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management team.
• Attend and participate in sales and district meetings.
• Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
• Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (out-of-stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
• Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Pay Structure:

• Competitive Base Salary
• Monthly Car Allowance
• You could be making anywhere from $90K to $110K a year just in commission! Commissions are paid out monthly.

Qualifications:

• Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen & Background Check)

Physical Demand/Work Conditions:

• The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
