Job summary

Wet Willie's in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow the business through fact finding and qualifying. You will call on new leads and existing clients to develop relationships and introduce products and services that meet their needs.

A life and health insurance license is required and you will be evaluated on meeting revenue targets, prospecting accounts, and expanding the territory with calls, emails, and in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exemplary communication skills including written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and listening skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high-stress environment.
• Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.
• Detail and follow-up oriented.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience required.

The Outside Sales Representative will work to grow the business through fact finding and qualifying. Will call on new leads along with existing clients for the purpose of developing a buying relationship. All Outside Sales Representatives will be evaluated based on their ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, prospecting and developing accounts and growing strategic relationships. Outside Sales Representatives will be tasked with increasing revenue within their assigned territories, initiating consistent contact with their existing and potential clients via telephone, e-mail, and personal visits and introducing these clients to the company’s products and services that best meet their needs. This person will obtain a life and health insurance license.
