Job summary

Disalvo LLC in Houston is seeking two driven outside sales professionals to build a new customer base and grow business in the Houston market. You will turn cold calls into lasting customer relationships, with no prior packaging experience required.

During an initial 18-month training period, base salary can reach up to $84,000 per year, after which compensation shifts to a straight 30% gross profit commission, with no cap. This role emphasizes prospecting and pipeline development.

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects while growing your territory.
