Weimer Bearing, a premier hybrid supplier and manufacturer, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Madison Heights, MI. You will grow revenue and expand customer relationships across a defined territory, traveling regularly to visit OEM and MRO accounts.

You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver proactive service and solutions, with comprehensive training and mentorship offered.

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue and expanding customer relationships throughout your assigned territory.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven success in prospecting, lead generation and closing new business
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in industrial sales, power transmission, bearings or related industries is highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude or industrial distribution experience is a strong advantage
• Experience with Prophet 21 (P21) ERP software is a plus
