Job summary

Empower Home Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home HVAC sales across Orange County, Anaheim and Corona.

This field-based role offers uncapped commission and no office commute, with leads provided by the marketing team and support from install crews and service techs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to explain SEER2, tonnage, and load calcs in plain English.
• CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• Diagnose comfort problems and design HVAC solutions.
• Walk customers through options, financing and rebates clearly and honestly; no pressure tactics.
• Close deals and hand off to install team.
• Keep your pipeline current in our CRM.

What you'll do

• Diagnose comfort problems, check existing systems, and design the right HVAC solution.
• Walk customers through options, financing and rebates clearly and honestly. No pressure tactics.
• Close deals and hand them off smoothly to our install team.
• Keep your pipeline current in our CRM.

Requirements

What you bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience. You know SEER2, tonnage and load calcs, and you can explain them in plain English.
• A track record of closing in-home.
• A CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, or willingness to get one before you start (we'll help).
• A valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and an acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments when homeowners are home.

Compensation and benefits

• Commission-only W-2 outside sales position.
• Earning potential of $150,000–$300,000 per year, based on close rate.
