Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects and manage assigned accounts. You will focus on face-to-face selling, deliver proposals, and drive revenue while engaging with technical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of industry experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Effective communicator both written and verbally.
• Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and suggest products, services and/or solutions.
• Execute and expand assigned customer account plans with management.
• Prospect potential customers, including cold calling and referrals.
• Demonstrate products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain communications and manage relationships post-sale.
