Job summary

Avera Payments seeks motivated, self-driven individuals for B2B Outside Sales Representatives in the Amarillo area. You will review merchant needs, present tailored payment solutions, and build a portfolio of accounts.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only earnings, uncapped potential, and residual income paid on eligible accounts. Flexible daytime hours and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable and able to work independently.
• Previous B2B, merchant services, or payment processing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

You'll work directly with local business owners to review their payment processing needs, present tailored solutions, and build a portfolio of merchant accounts. With flexible scheduling, sales training, mentorship, and ongoing support, you'll have the opportunity to grow your sales business and develop long-term residual income.
