Job summary

Avera Payments is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as B2B Outside Sales Representatives. You will work directly with local business owners to review their payment processing needs and present tailored solutions.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential, flexible daytime hours, and ongoing support, training, and mentorship to grow your portfolio of merchant accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

With flexible scheduling, sales training, mentorship, and ongoing support, you'll have the opportunity to grow your sales business and develop long-term residual income.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation, uncapped earning potential, and residual income paid in perpetuity.
