Avera Payments seeks motivated, self-driven B2B Outside Sales Representatives in Casper, WY. You will work with local business owners to review their payment processing needs, present tailored solutions, and build a portfolio of merchant accounts.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation and uncapped earning potential. Flexible scheduling, mentorship, and ongoing support help you grow your sales business and achieve residual income.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
• Previous sales, B2B, merchant services, or payment processing experience is a plus, but not required.
