Childers Auto & Truck Parts is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our parts business with trucking companies, repair shops, dealerships, municipalities, and fleets. You will build relationships, call on customers, and provide quotes while coordinating with inside teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and a willingness to travel locally, with compensation aligned to gross profit and a company vehicle or allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck parts, diesel repair, or fleet maintenance.
• Outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and identify truck components.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

• Building and maintaining relationships with fleet managers and repair shops.
