Paid Training Before Denver Launch

To give our Denver team the best possible foundation, all new hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to Colorado.

During training, you’ll work directly with experienced Heritage leaders, learn our proven sales system, gain hands‑on field experience, and develop the skills needed to succeed once you transition back to Denver.

You must be willing and able to complete the 180-day training period in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do

This is an active, field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.

You will:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
