Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks motivated individuals for a high-income sales career in storm restoration. No roofing or sales experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and a proven process help you succeed while you help homeowners recover after hail and storms.

You'll meet with homeowners, inspect exteriors, educate on insurance, and manage projects from start to finish, building lasting relationships.

Paid Training Program

To set every team member up for long-term success, all hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas.

During training, you'll learn our proven sales process, project management systems, and customer experience standards while working alongside experienced leaders.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
