Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring motivated individuals to build a high-income career in storm restoration in Dallas, TX. No prior roofing or sales experience is required as we provide paid training and mentorship.

You will meet homeowners, inspect properties, educate on insurance processes, and manage projects from start to finish while building lasting relationships and earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• For those without roofing or sales experience, paid training is provided.
• Must have valid driver's license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Complete a 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Perform exterior property and roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance process.
• Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish.

Paid Training Program

To set every team member up for long-term success, all hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas.
