Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring Storm Restoration Sales Specialists to help homeowners recover from hail and storm damage while building a six-figure career. No roofing or sales experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed.

You'll meet homeowners, inspect exteriors and roofs, educate on restoration options, and guide insurance claims.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Pickup truck, or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Ability to successfully complete the required 90‑day paid training program in Dallas, Texas.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and perform exterior and roof inspections.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with homeowners in communities affected by hail and severe weather.
• Performing exterior property and roof inspections.
• Identifying potential storm-related damage.
• Educating homeowners about restoration options.
