Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for ambitious individuals to launch a high-earning Storm Restoration Sales Consultant career in Texas. Training is provided with base pay, per-claim pay, and commission.

You will meet homeowners, inspect properties, explain restoration and insurance steps, and guide projects from start to finish. We value competitive, coachable, and confident communicators who thrive outdoors and enjoy helping homeowners recover after hail and severe weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Must successfully complete the 90-day paid training program.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected communities.
• Conduct exterior property and roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners about storm restoration and the insurance process.
• Guide customers through their restoration projects from start to finish.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
