Role Description

The Outside Sales position is a full-time role based in South Florida. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting electrical products and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial contractors. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, maintain a strong presence in the market, and represent the company’s values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including Sales Presentations and New Business Development, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proven relationship-building abilities and Customer Service skills to maintain and grow a loyal customer base.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of electrical products, especially experience with Schneider Electric and a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple accounts and opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular on-site customer visits within the Southeast Florida market.
• Experience in outside sales or electrical distribution is required.
