Job summary

Crevel USA is seeking an Outside Sales Executive for the Richmond, VA and Virginia Beach, VA markets. You will manage and expand our product portfolio, open new markets, and build loyalty with customers across your territory.

You will identify opportunities, conduct profitability analyses, and collaborate with the corporate team to achieve sales targets and growth. The role requires travel and strong communication skills, with a base in Richmond or VB area.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or merchandising experience.
• Hitting and exceeding sales goals track record.
• Experience opening new store accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• English and Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; willingness to travel within territory.
• Familiarity with Richmond / Virginia Beach market; reside nearby.

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and growing new business? We're looking for a Sales Executive to manage and expand our presence across the Richmond and Virginia Beach territory.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our product portfolio at points of sale across your territory
• Open new markets and expand our distribution route
• Identify, acquire, and build loyalty with new customers
• Conduct needs and profitability analyses to support existing and prospective clients
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships
• Resolve customer issues to ensure top-tier satisfaction
• Track sales performance, analyze territory potential, and prepare status reports
• Follow up on promotions and special activities
• Hit sales targets within agreed timeframes
• Collaborate closely with the corporate team
• Stay current on industry best practices and promotional trends

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales or merchandising
• Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience opening and launching new store accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Familiarity with the Richmond / Virginia Beach market
• Must reside in Richmond, Virginia Beach, or surrounding areas

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
