Job summary

Hibu is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales professional to drive digital marketing solutions across a designated territory. The role offers a base salary, benefits, and uncapped commissions with strong training to accelerate growth.

You will target small businesses, conduct needs assessments, and present web services, ads, and SEO solutions, while building lasting client relationships through in-field and virtual meetings in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model
• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Prospect within a designated territory and set appointments with needs assessments
• Grow your book of business through retention and residual commissions
• Deliver both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries

Earnings

Year 1 on‑target earnings between $100,000 and $120,000 with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on‑target earnings between $132,000 and $152,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
