Mountain Valley Foundation Services, a Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives to join their team in the Greenville, SC area!

Our Outside Sales Representatives, known as Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), are key to our organization and our success. CFIs partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
  • Utilize pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a customer base
  • Diagnose issues and educate homeowners, providing solution options
  • Estimate repairs and prepare proposals for homeowners
  • Close sales in the home setting
  • Maintain customer relationships and track sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Full-time position
  • Remote & onsite work: reporting to and working remotely from the branch location
  • Servicing area within the designated territory
  • Reliable transportation required

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in commission-driven, B2C, or in-home sales is a plus
  • Construction or home improvement experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance, customer service, and satisfaction
