Role Description

The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This position is responsible for generating new residential and commercial solar business through prospecting, in-person meetings, and neighborhood outreach. The Sales Representatives also recrieve warm leads from setters and online marketing campaigns. Daily activities include conducting site visits, delivering tailored sales presentations, explaining solar and battery solutions, and guiding potential customers through system benefits, pricing, and financing options. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating with design and installation teams, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
