Job summary

Viacore Solutions, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) to cover the Rocky Mount, NC branch, with primary coverage of southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. The role focuses on managing the territory, building strong customer relationships, and recommending products that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with industrial sales experience and a proven track record of growth.

Qualifications

• Industrial parts or equipment sales experience: 2 years (preferred).
• Knowledge of conveyor belt industry and/or distribution industry (preferred).
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proven sales growth in industrial trade sales.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to NC/VA territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory while maintaining existing sales and generating new business.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
• Identify and improve product sales opportunities.
• Coordinate ongoing account management with customer service and inside sales.
• Work with distributors and manufacturers to develop and manage new markets and territories.

Viacore Solutions, LLC has been providing customers with superior-quality conveyor belt products, accessories, and installation services throughout North America. Originally founded as a distributor of bulk rubber and conveyor components, Viacore has since expanded into rubber fabrication, field splice installation services, and custom rubber part manufacturing. We are looking for the right individual to join our sales team and cover our Rocky Mount, NC branch as an Outside Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist). This position primarily covers southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong industrial sales background and specific industry experience.

• Manage the assigned territory while maintaining existing sales and generating new business
