Outside Sales Representative – High Steep Roofing

High Steep Roofing is growing — and we’re looking for motivated, people-first professionals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives.

This is not your average sales job. If you’re energized by knocking doors, connecting with people, and helping homeowners protect what matters most after a storm — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Canvassing storm-affected neighborhoods and generating leads through door-to-door outreach
• Building rapport and educating homeowners on their roofing needs and insurance options
• Scheduling and attending roof inspections
• Guiding clients through the storm restoration and insurance process with clarity and confidence
• Following up with leads, maintaining relationships, and nurturing deals from first contact to close
• Representing the High Steep Roofing brand with professionalism, care, and integrity

We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated and driven — comfortable with door knocking and field prospecting
• Coachable, dependable, and hungry to grow professionally and financially
• Comfortable working outdoors and on the move
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
