Job summary

Empire Today, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to meet customers in their homes and help choose the best flooring products. You will work with pre-qualified leads in a 1-hour radius and leverage the strength of a well-known brand to drive earnings. This role offers 100% commission with performance bonuses, paid training, and multiple schedule options.

Top performers can exceed six figures. You will wear Empire-branded apparel and use tablets to present samples.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid local driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet customers in their homes.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and provide estimates.
• Represent Empire Today with professional apparel and strong product knowledge.
• Attend meetings and training sessions, both in person and virtually, and manage scheduling with customers.

Requirements:

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
