Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role, where 90% of the work is prepared before your first customer. Meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging, in-home presentations.

You’ll receive elite training and mentorship, plus a generous pay structure with weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits after 30 days. Local appointments are set based on where you live, with a flexible schedule and reimbursement for gas/tolls.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
