Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking motivated individuals to join a performance-driven environment in Kingsport. Training, lead generation, and supportive mentorship are provided to help you build a strong book of business.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with strong earning potential and career progression opportunities. You will receive full training and ongoing support to succeed in a structured sales role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with people and building professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Basic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• A positive, confident, and professional approach.
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided for individuals who are motivated to learn.
