Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort speaking with people and building professional relationships.

• Basic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• A positive, confident, and professional approach.
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided for individuals who are motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate options.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support and service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information.
• Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
