Empire Today is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for the Indianapolis Metro area. The role primarily requires face-to-face interactions with customers, assisting them in selecting the best flooring products. With pre-qualified leads and an earning potential exceeding $100k, this position provides valuable training and support.

Compensation and Earnings

• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k – $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.

Requirements

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire’s customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Direct Seller Contract
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
