Home Genius Exteriors in Somerset, NJ is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). You’ll meet with 2–3 qualified homeowners daily, present in-home roofing, siding, windows, gutters and doors proposals, and close high-ticket sales.

This full-time, W-2 role offers uncapped commissions with average first-year earnings of $150K–$200K and top performers over $300K, plus a hybrid schedule, strong training, and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
