Home Genius Exteriors in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a full-time Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). You'll meet with 2-3 qualified homeowners daily, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

This role offers uncapped commissions with average first-year earnings of $150K–$200K and top performers earning $300K+, plus a hybrid work schedule and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill NJ

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
