Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a highly motivated In-Home Sales Closer to join our fast‑growing team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will meet 8–12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, deliver compelling home improvement presentations, and close high-ticket sales to build a six‑figure career.

As a full‑time W‑2 Outside Sales Representative, you will earn uncapped commissions with average first‑year earnings of $150K–$200K and top performers earning $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
