Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Home Remodeling Expert to meet homeowners, present in-home roofing, siding, windows, and door solutions, and close high-ticket sales. This full-time role offers pre-qualified appointments, ongoing training, and a clear path to six-figure earnings.

The position is hybrid with base in Cherry Hill, NJ, and features uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a focus on rapid career growth for top performers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill NJ

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
