Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a results-driven sales representative to cover Fort Worth, TX. You will engage homeowners in your territory, present HomeTeam’s pest control solutions, and close sales door-to-door.

You’ll work outdoors, travel locally, and enjoy a supportive team, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. If you’re self-motivated, personable, and comfortable talking to strangers, this role could be a great fit.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
