Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a sales-focused team member in Las Vegas to reach out to homeowners, generate sales, and demonstrate the benefits of HomeTeam’s pest control services. You will knock on doors, mail, and call to build long-term relationships with customers.

The role offers $45K-$65K annually with uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided and the position includes opportunities to advance within Rollins, Inc.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
